Private sessions will be individualized to your specific needs. All sessions include a personalized sequence emailed to you (with photos of your progress if you like) for your usage. Sessions can take place in your home or at a local studio.

*1hr Introductory session (private or double): $85
1hr private session: $75 (not including studio rental, if applicable)
1hr doubles session: $85 (not including studio rental, if applicable)
6-pack private sessions: $405 - 10% off (not including studio rental)
6-pack doubles sessions: $459 - 10% off (not including studio rental)
*24hr cancellation policy for full refund. No refund if session is not cancelled 24hrs or more in advance.
